How should I store my treats, and how long do they last?
Can you match my party colors?
Yes. Tell me your colors in the request, or attach your invitation, and I’ll build the design around them.
Can I mix different treats in one order?
Yes. Pick as many as you like on the request form, or choose “Help me decide” and I’ll suggest a mix.
How far ahead should I order?
Most orders need 2 weeks’ notice, or 3 weeks if your design needs special supplies. Big events like weddings or parties of 50+ guests need 4–6 weeks.
Can you do a rush order?
Yes, with at least 1 week’s notice. Rush orders include a rush fee, and they depend on my schedule that week.
When is my date reserved?
Once you approve your quote and pay the 50% deposit. Until then, sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t hold the date. Quotes stay open for 2 days.
How much is the deposit, and when is the rest due?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The rest is due at pickup or delivery. For events, it’s due 3 days before.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure online invoice (Apple Pay and Google Pay work too), or by Zelle or Venmo.
