Order policies
The details that keep every order on track. If anything here doesn’t fit your situation, ask me before you book.
Quotes and reserving your date
Sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t hold your date. After I review it, I send a quote as a secure online invoice. Quotes stay open for 2 days. After that, the date is released to other customers.
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The rest is due at pickup or delivery, or 3 days before for events.
Notice and rush orders
Most orders need 2 weeks notice (or 3 weeks if your design needs special supplies). Weddings and events with 50 or more guests need 4–6 weeks, depending on guest count and customization.
Rush orders need at least 1 week’s notice and include a rush fee. Rush fee: TBD.
Payment
Card through a secure online invoice (Apple Pay and Google Pay work too), Zelle, or Venmo.
Changes
Design changes are fine up to 5 days before your date. Date changes depend on my availability.
Cancellations and refunds
Policy TBD
Pickup
By appointment or during set pickup hours. The exact spot comes in your confirmation email. I don’t do pickups or deliveries on Tuesdays or Thursdays unless we’ve agreed on it ahead of time.
If an order isn’t picked up, the full payment is still due, except in a true emergency.
Delivery
Available for larger packages and event orders. Delivery fee: TBD.
Allergies
My kitchen handles milk, peanuts, wheat, and eggs. I’m happy to try to work around allergies, but I can’t guarantee any treat is allergen-free.
Storage and freshness: Storage guide TBD
Custom designs
Starting prices are for standard designs. Custom designs and special customizations are quoted. I don’t make fondant figurines, like people or animals. Inspiration photos are welcome, and I’ll make the design my own in your colors.
Photos of your order
I may share photos of finished orders on social media and this site. Just tell me if you’d rather I didn’t.
